  • When can I expect my order delivered?
    All our pieces are handmade in Toronto. While we keep a small selection of items pre made, most items are hand made to order. This is the StarSea way as we meditate and connect with your name and energy as we are creating your unique amulets. Our thoughtful process ensures an energetic connection to your pieces and your amulets are typically made between 10-20 business days. Once your order is complete you will receive tracking information from the courier specific to your country. Typical delivery times are 7-14 business days in addition to the 10-20 business days that it takes to hand make your pieces.
  • What is the return policy?
    Please review the return guidelines outlined below to see if the items you've purchased are eligible for a return. Due to the nature of our crystal jewelry and the energy which they contain we do not offer returns on custom pieces. We offer a 30-day return for all unworn items for our US and Canadian customers. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping fees when returning products. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered. To qualify for a return: Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included) All below items are non-returnable: Custom Designed Jewelry Gift cards
  • How do I track my order?
    Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Check your inbox for an email from StarSea Jewels. Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple of business days! STATUS WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? Processing Your order is in the hands of our team and in the process of being hand made. If all items in your order are in-stock, a typical processing time is 3-5 business days! your order is hand made in Toronto with lots of love. If you ordered a custom necklace or bracelet please check your inbox for an email from us. In the email we've sent over a link to book your live session with Charlene. Shipped Yay! Our team has packed your order and is on the way to you. Kindly note that the tracking may take some time to be scanned into the courier's system to reflect any activity or movement. Sometimes it takes a few days for your tracking number to register with the courier system, don't worry, everything is okay and you should see an update within a few days.
  • What is the exchange policy?
    We are not able to offer exchanges online at this time.
  • Can I cancel or update my order? Can I change my shipping address?
    If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting, cancelling your order, or changing the shipping address, you must reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please know our team works really hard to get your order sent out as quickly as possible, however sometimes we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request. If you noticed you made a mistake with your shipping address and we've already shipped it out there is a $15 fee to reship your order correctly.
  • Do you have a warranty?
    Due to the nature of our products we offer a 90 day warranty from the day of purchase. We’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the amulets occurs. Just contact us and we'll work together to find a resolution. All our items are handmade in Toronto. We take great care of the craftmanship that goes into your amulets and love we put into creating your items. Please know due to the unique nature of these pieces no two items will ever be exactly the same. Just like you, crystals are all unique, different and beautiful. We pride ourselves on only selecting the highest quality gemstones and jewelry items and responsibly source pieces that are made to last. Our warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of StarSea Jewels. Please Note Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of StarSeaJewels.com) are not covered under StarSea Jewels warranty. Please reach out to the company the items were purchased from.
  • How do I take care of my jewelry?
    Treat your pieces with love. While we only use the highest quality materials to create your amulets, you must also be responsible for taking care of them and treating them right. Please note that not all crystals are water friendly so we strongly recommend that you remove your crystal jewelry when showering, swimming. We strongly recommend that you not submerge your pieces in water. We will not be responsible for jewelry that has been water damaged. Our gold and silver chains are dainty and delicate and as such need to be treated with extra TLC. They are perfect for everyday wear and we take great pride in only using the best materials and this is why we are not responsible if a chain breaks due to mishandling.
  • Oh no, my amulet broke?
    We feel your pain. While we focus on the highest quality craftmanship when creating your amulets these things happen. Here's some advice to help you navigate a broken amulet. NEW PURCHASE Is your item still under warranty? If thats the case please email us and we'll help you with a replacement piece. POST WARRANTY If your amulet broke after your warranty period we recommend gifting the crystals to your altar or returning them to Mother Earth. On occasion we will approve restoring an amulet. Please email us at starseajewels@gmail.com and in the Subject Line state: Restoring Amulet + your order #. Please note restoration fee's apply.
  • How to determine my bracelet size?
    Our elastic amulets are made in two sizes to help accommodate most wrists. If you are not sure about your wrist size you'll want to grab a ruler and a piece of string. Get the string and place it over your wrist hanging in away you feel it would feel comfortable. Kindly note that these bracelets are stretchy so you'll want to keep that in mind when measuring your wrist. One you're down with the string place it up against the ruler to determine your bracelet size. Our elastic bracelet sizes are offered in 16CM or 18CM.
